This program runs all year round.
This program is designed to give youths, families, schools, police and JCO’s and DHS an alternative to pressing charges on youth for things that can be handled differently but may have been handled this way in the past.
We work with all parties to come up with ways to get the youth motivated, on track and out of trouble, while at the same time making sure they understand that their actions have consequences.
Consequences may be in the form of community services or restitution.
We try to get youth involved with other AFES activities to get them into more positive activities and around more positive peers.
Target group1st– 8th grade.
